My style of Osteopathy allows me to deliver Osteopathic care to a variety of patients from newborns to the elderly.

I have been providing osteopathic services in the Canberra community since 1998. After graduating from RMIT I worked as an associate with two experienced osteopaths in Deakin before starting my own clinic, Inner North Osteopathy from 2002—2010. Currently, I run my own clinic, InOsteopathy, on the Sapphire Coast and commute to Canberra monthly to provide osteopathic healthcare.

I enjoy treating patients from all walks of life, presenting with all types of musculoskeletal complaints. I have a special interest in treating back and neck pain, headaches, and vertigo (BPPV). I generally treat using a direct style of osteopathic treatment, however enjoy being able to adapt my style or choice of techniques to suit the patient and their presenting condition.

Dr. Brad Hocking (Osteopath)

I have contributed to the healthcare community in Canberra for over 10-years, working with a multidisciplinary approach to patient management – regularly engaging with other allied healthcare clinicians and medical professionals to deliver a gold standard of patient-centered care.

Dr Bianca Mims (Osteopath)

My approach to osteopathy combines a deep understanding of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and biomechanics to support the body’s innate ability to heal and restore its balance.

This may include a combination of direct and indirect techniques — such as joint manipulation, myofascial release, dry needling, cupping, biodynamics, and rehab exercises. My aim is to always meet your body where it is at on the day, and work as a team in moving towards your fullest potential.

Dr Brenton Ashley-Cooper (Osteopath)

Proficient in treating all ailments, Brenton has a special interest in working with patients who suffer from neck and shoulder pain, headaches, chronic jaw clenching, and low back pain. He believes firmly in taking a person-centred approach to care, designing treatment plans specific to individuals’ health and lifestyle needs.

His holistic approach often combines a variety of manual therapy techniques including soft and deep-tissue massage, spinal adjustments/manipulation, muscle and myofascial release techniques, dry needling, and cupping with home or work-based strategies (stretches, ergonomic solutions and/or exercises).

Dr Zuzana Meskova  (Osteopath)

Zuzana hails from the far north NSW coast, with a degree in Clinical Sciences and a Master of Osteopathic Medicine from Southern Cross University. With a background in massage and yoga teaching, Zuzana found Osteopathy while navigating health challenges of her own, and experienced first-hand the incredible innate healing power of the body when it is given the right conditions to thrive. The holistic approach of Osteopathy played a key role in her return to optimal function and wellness, and she found her calling.
