Riley Brassington
Riley Brassington is a qualified exercise physiologist and full-time lecturer in exercise science and strength and conditioning. He is also completing a PhD embedded with the Canberra Raiders, focusing on female athletes, performance analytics, and talent identification.
Born and raised in Canberra, Riley’s love for sport and performance has shaped his career path. He combines his background in strength and conditioning with a genuine passion for education and helping people reach their potential. Whether it’s working with athletes or supporting others in their health and fitness journeys, Riley takes a holistic and compassionate approach, aiming to empower those he works with to achieve their goals and feel confident in the process.
Riley’s qualifications include:
- Undergraduate in Exercise Physiology and Rehabilitation
- Master’s in Strength and Conditioning and Level 2 ASCA Strength and Conditioning Coach
- PhD candidate with the Canberra Raiders and University of Canberra
